Will my order be confirmed?
After each purchase made, you will receive an order confirmation by email.
Can I make a second purchase on the same day?
Yes, it is possible. However, please consider this request as a separate order. It is not possible to combine separate orders into a single package.
I still haven't received confirmation for my order; is this normal?
Once your purchase is completed, you will receive an order confirmation via email shortly. If you don't receive confirmation after a few minutes, please check your spam folder first. If you still can't find the email, please contact us via email at info@liegin.com.
What should I do if I notice an error in the details of my order?
Feel free to contact us as soon as possible by sending an email to our LièGin customer service. Make sure to include your name as it appears on the order along with the required changes. We will try to accommodate these changes, but please note that if the order is already in process, we may, unfortunately, be unable to apply them.
I've changed my mind, can I cancel my order?
Feel free to contact our LièGin customer service team by sending us an email within 30 minutes of placing your order. We will do our best to address your request during our business hours, but please note that any orders already processed cannot be canceled. However, you can refer to our return policy.
Can I order without VAT as a business?

Are the prices inclusive or exclusive of VAT?
The prices listed on our website are inclusive of VAT.

Complaints
What to do if the order arrives damaged due to transportation?
In case of damages observed upon receipt of your order, please refuse it so that the carrier can return it to LièGin. Once the order is returned to our warehouse, we will contact you to offer replacement items or a refund.
How to react to a damaged order when opening the box?
Feel free to contact us via email at the following address: info@liegin.com, providing your full name as it appears on your order, along with a photo of the issues observed. We will make every effort to resolve the problem as quickly as possible.

Returns
Can I return my order?
As a customer, you have the option to return all or part of your order to LièGin. You have a withdrawal period of 14 days from the receipt of your order. Please contact us via email at the following address: info@liegin.com to inform us of your return and explain the reasons for it.
How should I return the products?
If you have access to the original shipping box, please place the items inside, include a copy of the delivery note or invoice, and then return the package to the following address: Rue du pérréon 66b.

I no longer have access to LièGin's original shipping box. Can I still return my product?
The products can be returned, but they must be in their original condition upon receipt. Please also ensure that the LièGin bottles are sealed as originally when returning.
What is your return policy?
We will refund the full value of any purchased product, provided that the following conditions are met:
1) You have the option to return the product(s) in question to us within 14 days of receiving your order.
2) Unless defective, your items are returned to us in a resalable condition. This means unopened, in the same condition as you received them, and with all labels and packaging intact.
3) Please send the return items to the following address, with a note inside including your name, order number, and the postal code of the original order:

How long does it take for returned products to be credited?
We will refund your order in full as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days after the goods are returned. The refund will be made by the same method of payment used for the original transaction.
